Another Christmas is upon us and soon to follow a new year. 2016 has been very eventful for us and we could not do what we do without all of you. We want to thank all the media/PR reps who have faith in us, as well as the new people and artists we have met along the way, you all really make what we do easy. The great opportunities that The ACCA’s, The ACM weekend and CMA Fest allowed us this year were also memorable. Jenny Gill comes from country music royalty, her father being Country Music Hall of Fame artist Vince Gill and her mother is Sweethearts of the Rodeo’s Janis Oliver, yet she has come into her own style. The anticipation for Grammy nominations has become a spectacular event. Well at least that is how I view it. With the list of Country nods today and a big presence of female artists it’s safe to say the genre IS recognized. Maren Morris led all Country artists with four Grammy nominations, including Country Album (“Hero”), Country Solo Performance, and Best Country Song (“My Church”). Maren and Kelsea Ballerini are included in the overall Best New Artist category, competing with The Chainsmokers. Chance The Rapper and Anderson. Paak. Some may think it’s too early for exciting 2017 concert news but we don’t, especially with two talents such as the always witty Vince Gill and the reliably wry Lyle Lovett. They are reuniting for a nine city tour that will take place March 2017. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum hosted its ninth All for the Hall benefit concert on the road on September 27 at The Novo by Microsoft® theater.
