Alan Jackson’s “Artist-in-Residence” Sells Out in Record Time

Alan Jackson’s Artist-in-Residence concerts at the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum sold-out in less than an hour of yesterday’s on sale setting a record for the fastest sell-out for any event held in the CMA Theater.  The special shows are set for October 8th and October 22nd at 7:00 p.m. in the museum’s new 800-seat CMA Theater.  Jackson’s residency coincides with the new exhibition Alan Jackson: 25 Years of Keepin’ It Country, running through March 2015, making him the first simultaneous artist-in-residence and major museum exhibit subject. ... read more!

Ray Steven’s to Have Songwriter’s Session at Country Music Hall of Fame

Country music’s legendary master of comedy, Ray Stevens, is set to be spotlighted by the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum with a special “Songwriter Session”.  Stevens’ Songwriter Session will be held in the Country Music Hall of Fame’s FordTheater on Saturday, July 19 at 11:30 AM.  During the 45 minute program, Stevens will perform several of his hit songs and will discuss his storied career. ... read more!
