Singer, songwriter Zach Stone is a fresh face in Country music and a very talented one at that. The native Texan, a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, was the winner of Belmont’s “The Best Of The Best” showcase. His talents won out over a pool of more than 8000 students and that is an accomplishment. There is no surprise his career is off like a rocket.
Zach started performing music professionally as a child at Johnnie High’s Country Music Review in Texas. He has honed his skills in both piano and guitar and has partnered himself with some elite Nashville songwriters, bringing out such songs as, “Like I Need You,” from his debut ‘Country Road’ EP, “Don’t Look Now,’ from his sophomore EP, ‘Ashes’, to his current single release, “Four Letter Word.”
The energy and talent he brings to live performing, garnered him an opening spot last December with Darryl Worley and Aaron Tippon for their first concert together to stream worldwide. This “entertainer-in-demand” has turned over more than 250 regional shows to date.
There is so much more to Zach that we wanted to learn, so thankfully his CMA Fest schedule allowed us some of his time. His smile, kindness, talent and fun attitude won us over. I encourage you to find all his music on iTunes and Spotify. Latch on to this talented young man who will be a name to remember.
