As CMA Fest 2018 gets closer more and more news and shows are popping up. This one we for sure had to attend. Dierks Bentley is set to celebrate the release of his ninth studio album, ‘The Mountain,’ with a late-night album release show at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on June 7th. The show will kick off at 11p (CT) leading in to the Friday, June 8th release date of his new project.
Dierks will perform the new album in its entirety during the show and joining him for the show will be ARISTA Nashville’s LANCO. The group are also set to open Dierks “2018 Mountain High Tour”. Tickets for the one-night-only Ryman event go on sale this FRIDAY, May 18th, and all money raised from ticket sales will benefit the Opry Trust Fund.
“This album started as the smallest seed of an idea,” said Dierks. “It was inspired by where I am in my life right now, but also by the people I meet out on the road who triumph over hardship every day. We all share this underlying sense of gratitude and hope, which really became the base of ‘The Mountain,’ so I wanted to introduce it as a whole story for the first time with all the fans in town for CMA Music Fest. Doing it at the Ryman, and to help out the Opry Trust Fund, makes the night even more special.”
This is something different and each year we attend we like to experience new things, this is perfect. There is still time to pre-order ‘The Mountain’here
