Jason Aldean, Clint Black, Marty Stuart In Our Triple-Shot Tuesday Feature

Hopefully you’ve been wearing your sunscreen this summer and avoided any sun burns.  I forgot mine one day and thought of these three hot songs by Jason Aldean, Clint Black and Marty Stuart. I hope you enjoy them and enjoy the last few embers of summer.

Jason Aldean’s “Burnin’ It Down” was released in July 2014 as the lead single from his sixth studio album ‘Old Boots, New Dirt.’ The song written by Rodney Clawson, Christ Tompkins, Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelly won the “Top Country Song” category at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards.  The hit reached No. 1 on the country charts.

Clint Black’s “Burn One Down” was released in October 1992 as the second single from his album ‘The Hard Way.’ The song peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart and was written by Clint with Hayden Nicholas and Frankie Miller.

Marty Stuart’s “Burn Me Down” was released in January 1992 as the fourth single from his album ‘Tempted.’ It reached No. 7 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart and written by Eddie Miller and Don Sessions.

I hope you enjoy the remaining days of summer and join us back here on September 12th for the first of a lot more great country Triple Shots.
