Jason Aldean makes strong efforts in his support of the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The Broken Bow Records artist selects a city at random each year from his October tour stop and donates the night’s tickets proceeds to the local chapter. Jason wrapped up his “Burn It Down” tour at the Coral Sky Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, FL with his “10th Annual Concert For The Cure.”
The local Susan G. Komen Foundation of South Florida was presented with over $615,000 in total which was raised from a portion of ticket sales over the course of the tour. Jason thanks the Aldean Army, for their continued support of breast cancer awareness.
“I know first-hand how important it is to find a cure for breast cancer,” said Aldean. “So, looking out from [the] stage Saturday night at a sea of pink was a pretty cool way to end the tour. For ten years now, the fans have been helping us support Komen, and I know we’re going to keep it up until nobody has to fight the disease anymore.”
Well done Jason and all Aldean Army fans for the efforts to fight breast cancer.
