Austin Webb’s New Single “Raise ‘Em Up” — Review

Streamsound Records recording artist Austin Webb recently scored a Top 40 single with his heartfelt song “Slip On By.” Now the South Carolina native is switching gears a bit with his new single, “Raise ‘Em Up.” The song, co-written by Austin, James Slater and Erik Dylan, is all about a fun loving guy who likes to let loose and have a good time.

The feel good tune finds Austin name checking George Jones, The Rolling Stones and tossing out what may be a few of his favorite things like bird dogs, ball caps, football and living it up! The up-tempo melody allows Austin to show off his lighthearted spirit while still delivering the soulful sound fans have come to love him for. The song also proves Austin’s diversity an artist. “Slip On By” required vulnerability and emotion to convey the power of the lyrics, while this song requires high energy and enthusiasm with lines like,

A little bit of fun never hurt nobody, somebody’s gotta be the life of the party.

“Raise ‘Em Up” can easily be another Top 40 hit for Austin and will be a lot of fun to hear him perform live! Austin has one of the greatest voices out today and this song will surely gain him some new fans! We love the song and have it on repeat! “Raise ‘Em Up” is available now on iTunes and you can get it HERE! Currently Austin is performing on “The Country Deep Tour” along with Jana Kramer and Canaan Smith. For more details on the tour visit
