Country chart topping vocalist Jake Owen is ready to “Shake, Rattle & Roll” as he teams up with Saint Thomas Health for the annual ROCK THE CRADLE charity event presented by the Academy of Country Music (ACM). The evening will be held on Tuesday, October 29th at 6:30 p.m. at the Loveless Barn in Nashville, TN. The night benefits newborns in need at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. Hosted each fall by the Saint Thomas Health Foundation, this year’s ROCK THE CRADLE will feature cocktails, dinner, auction and a special performance by Jake Owen who had this to say,
Lacey and I are so thankful everyday for our daughter Pearl. She has changed our lives for the better. What ‘Rock The Cradle’ does to help newborns in need is incredible. I’m honored to give back and be a part of this event.
Tiffany Moon, Executive Vice President/Managing Director of the Academy of Country music stated,
Jake is a friend to the Academy and has consistently given his time to ACM charitable endeavors, including participating in ACM Lifting Lives Music Camp in June. We are delighted to support Jake’s generous spirit by sponsoring ROCK THE CRADLE.
In the past three years, ROCK THE CRADLE has raised more than $500,000 to support obstetrics care and the Beaman Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. Thanks to the generosity of donors, thousands of babies and their families have benefited from cutting-edge technology and financial assistance to those with urgent needs.
